Product Details
The ELNBAR is a Multiparameter Measurement Sensor designed for the accurate measurement of various parameters such as Velocity, Flow, Level, Pressure, Temperature, and Conductivity of conductive liquids.
ELNBAR is equipped with a piezo-resistive pressure sensor with built-in temperature compensation.
Standard Pressure Range: 0 to 20 kg/cm² gauge.
The device includes an RTD PT100 sensor to measure fluid temperature.
Temperature Range:
−20°C to +100°C
0°C to +250°C (optional)
A level probe with SS tubes is inserted into the tank to sense fluid level.
ELNBAR features multiple bores placed along the axis of the probe.
Electrodes and electromagnetic excitation coils are placed around these bores.
The measurement follows Faraday’s Law of Electromagnetic Induction:
A conductive liquid flows through an insulated pipe across a magnetic field.
A voltage V is generated:
V = v × B × D × k
Where:
v = Mean flow velocity
B = Magnetic field strength
D = Distance between electrodes
k = Geometry factor
V = Induced voltage
Multi-bore design ensures accurate measuring in laminar & turbulent flow conditions.
Q = A × v
Where:
Q = Flow rate
A = Area of liquid section
v = Velocity of liquid
ELNBAR includes inbuilt conductivity sensors with electrodes of fixed cell constant.
These sensors measure TDS and conductivity within the specified range.
ELNBAR is calibrated at a NABL Accredited Test Facility (ISO17025).
Calibrations available for pipe sizes 250 NB to 2000 NB.
