Description
Electronet Series ELMAG®-200 is a microcontroller-based, full-bore electromagnetic flow meter ideal for precise flow measurement of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipes.
Its obstruction-less design and absence of moving parts make it a maintenance-free alternative to conventional mechanical meters.
Using advanced Pulsed DC excitation, the meter provides superior accuracy and stability, delivering a 4–20 mA DC output proportional to volumetric flow rate.
Based on Faraday’s Law of Electromagnetic Induction, the flow meter measures flow by detecting the voltage generated when conductive fluid passes through a magnetic field inside the measuring tube.
The ELMAG-200 is available in various configurations to suit diverse industrial requirements including optional pressure measurement.
