Description


Electronet Series CLS-01 are capacitance-type level switches designed for accurate point-level sensing.
The vessel wall and probe act as two electrodes forming a capacitor. For non-conductive vessels, a coaxial probe is used.
The capacitance varies based on the dielectric constant of the material surrounding the probe—air has a value of 1, while liquids have higher values.
As material level changes, the capacitance changes accordingly, triggering a switching output at the preset point.
This makes CLS-01 ideal for reliable level detection in industrial applications.

Description


A single or two split displacers are suspended from a wire rope connected to a coupler rod.
The rod carries an actuator that moves inside a non-magnetic barrier tube through a compression spring.


When the displacer is not immersed in liquid, the spring remains in a compressed state due to the weight of the displacer. As the liquid level rises, the displacer becomes immersed and undergoes a weight reduction (Archimedes Principle). This causes an upward motion of the coupler rod, allowing the spring to return to its normal position.




  • Narrow Differential (ND): Achieved using one standard displacer (fixed differential).




  • Wide Differential (WD): Achieved using two split displacers, and can be adjusted by varying the distance between them.

Electronet series LCS-02 are conductivity-type level switches used for level measurement of conductive liquids.
The probe works on the principle of variation in electrical resistance between the reference electrode and the level control electrode.


When the medium covers the electrodes, the change in resistance is detected as a level signal.




  • If the tank wall is electrically conductive, it can serve as the reference electrode.




  • For tanks made of plastic, concrete, or other non-conductive materials, an additional reference electrode is required.

Description

Electronet series LMS-01 are magnetic float-operated level switches designed for reliable level monitoring.
The sensing assembly consists of a float and a non-magnetic guide tube that ensures undisturbed magnetic flux.


Inside the float, a magnetic system moves with the liquid level along the guide tube.
The guide tube contains hermetically sealed, glass-encapsulated reed switches. As the float moves, the magnet actuates these reed switches, providing switching output at the desired preset level.
